Q. How do I enrol?
A. You can enrol by calling 020 7364 5665 with your credit or debit card ready Alternatively, enrol in person at an Idea Store, the Shadwell Centre or the Bethnal Green Centre. Find the course you want on the Learning Ladder. Attend an advice session if you need to.

Q. Where do I enrol?
A. For an Idea Store Learning course, you can enrol at an Idea Store, the Bethnal Green Centre or the Shadwell Centre or over the phone with a credit/debit card.

Q. Can I attend as many courses as I like?
A. Yes. You can sign up for as many courses as you like every term.

Q. How much do courses cost?
A. Idea Store Learning offers the following courses for free. * Family Learning courses are free. * Full level 2 courses such as ITQ are free if it's your first level 2 qualification. You only need to pay the exam fee. * English Language (ESOL courses and other Skills for Life courses are free for most learners). For qualification courses, the course depends on the qualfication level, the length of the course and the area of study. Prices start from £25 for a Learn for Yourself course from Idea Store Learning.

Q. Do I qualify for a reduced cost for my course?
A. We can offer a reduced cost on many courses if you * receive certain benefits * are enrolled on certain courses * are under 19 You will need to produce 2 items of evidence to show that you are eligible. Proof of your benefit must be under 13 weeks old.
